… check out the Slingshot Fund. I think this is a great model of what we’d eventually love to do here at SAPP. It’s also an example of the kinds of innovation in philanthropy and community-building in the Jewish community that we’ve been talking about.
Do any of you know of any similar “endorsement philanthropy” outfits among South Asians? The closest I can think of is the recent National Coalition of South Asian Organizations, but I’m not sure if an endorsement to give to the organizations was the intention for their recent creation.
