Monsoons
This monsoon season, over 441 individuals have died in India due to the flooding and damages the water has caused. This is an opportunity for donors to address the current needs of the country. Despite the monsoons providing nourishment to farmlands and crops, they can also be disastrous for homes and small villages; as well as bring upon diseases. Anything we can do to provide aid to such areas will be beneficial for their reconstruction and perhaps prevent such damages in the future.
Organizations such as AID have been organizing programs and directing their concern to monsoon and floor relief efforts. To read more about what AID has done, please visit this link. Other organizations such as AID can be found under our organizations page.
