SAALT remembers Oak Creek

September 8, 2012

We at SAPP have been really busy with lots of life changes these days.  More blog posts to come soon, we promise!

In the meantime, all of us sent our prayers and thoughts to those in Oak Creek.  SAALT puts it best in their recent email commemorating the one month anniversary:

An entire month has passed since the tragedy at Oak Creek. However, that does not signal an end to the work that needs to be done in Oak Creek and around the nation. Many members of our communities are still being affected by what happened in Wisconsin, and xenophobic hate crimes are still being committed in the US.

SAALT has a lot of great resources on its website, as well as some new jobs they’ve posted.
